Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery is £4.95 and will be sent using Royal Mail First Class Service.

Parcels over £50 will be sent using Royal Mail Signed For service and will require a signature on delivery.

If you place your order before 12 noon I aim for same day despatch.

RETURNS

You have a maximum of 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, complete with original tags in place and in the same condition that you received it. Parcels that are returned after the 14 days have elapsed may be eligible for an exchange instead, but this is at my discretion.  As a small business I am unable to cover the cost of return postage.

Your return parcel MUST contain a note with your name on it and be returned using Recorded Delivery and proof of postage kept.  If parcels are returned without using this service and go missing a refund will not be given.

REFUNDS

Once received and inspected, if approved you will be given a refund via the original payment method and this will usually be processed within 7 days. Please note this will not include the cost of the original postage.
